Each cycle can be customized with 5 different phases for pressure and time. Additionally, the PRT60 offers special membrane movements without pressure, designed to release air from garments and prevent damage. For enhanced efficiency, each cycle can perform up to 3 release shakes to ensure the pressed linen cake is fully released.

Weighing over 14 tons, the PRT60 is built for long-term use. The integrated discharge conveyor belt ensures that every pressed cake remains compact, even for small or polyester linen. To further optimize efficiency, the water extracted during pressing is collected in a 400L recovery tank, reducing water consumption by reusing it in the next rinse cycle of the tunnel washer.
